my credentials-

-Fujitsubo exhaust and mid-pipe install with simple tools, jack and jackstands
-Eibach Springs with tools, electric impact wrench, spring compressor
-Plenum Spacer
-z-tube/y-pipe
-Stoptech BBK

 

Is it hard to install the midpipe if limited only to jacks and jackstands? If not, then this definitely frees up my time for the install (otherwise I would have to wait for my friends lift at his shop to be empty).

Also, can you please let me know which tools are necessary for the midpipe install? I want to make sure I have everything.

If your going to do it on jackstands a good socket set would work.

 

I got the torque wrench.

2 jack stands- prefer 4 to make it easier
Socket Wrench
Torque Wrench
Breaker bar (or handle of jack)
14 mm deep socket
12 mm socket
10 mm socket
WD-40
Hammer
large cardboard box or something for the mechanic to lay on
Very, very cold drinks

ps- socket sizes may be different for Sedan, but i doubt it.

 

I've got a nice jack, 2 jack stands, a socket set- actually, everything besides a torque wrench and breaker bar.

GizSF, and anyone else that may be interested, please let me know if you are available tomorrow (after 5PM) for an install.
