They seem to be getting pretty serious about this meet, but from reading the post? its not too organized yet, looks like everyone are going into the park by them selfs or in small groups, no meeting points planned before enter into the park, just one from his "shop" on day before or one at tullock lake that morning(8~ish am) which you have to leave bayarea pretty early(5~ish ). here is thread of the pre-run he made, nice pics-----Yosemite Run Preview

anyone interest going?

I would really like to go karting with you guys, then a drive, food and a chill meet.

Here's a video I made at the now closed Speedring about what indoor karting is like. You have to enter your email address to access the video. It's best played full screen though the quality isn't the best.

And here are a few pics:

I'd like to bring up the baseball game idea again (suggested by RealZ1). The weather has been great and we had a very decent turnout at our last meet. Since it's hard to get people to shell out any cash for meets, why don't we do cheap seats. We could meet really early and tailgate, then enjoy the game. I know there would be decent parking at an A's game for tailgating. I'm not so sure about a Giant's game.

My parents own a japanese restaurant in Hayward, so I could probably get us a discount or something. I just need to know the head count, and the date. If you guys like japanese food, then just let me know. (btw, I'm not japanese, i'm actually korean.)

After our last meet I realized that all those clean cars perfectly lined up on Treasure Island sure look hot, but it gets boring after several times. How about we kick it up a notch and go drag racing. Wednesday nights at Infineon are very fun. $20 to participate. All you have to do is tell your boss you have a dentist appointment next Wednesday and you need to leave the office at 2pm

P.S. If you expect your ET to be below 13.99sec. you must have a helmet.

I would be down for that too, but next Wednesday is too short a notice.

Great ideas being suggested, let's keep the discussion going.

Yes sushi is available (we are known for our creative sushi rolls). But for those that don't like raw fish, we have tempura, udon, teriyaki, etc. (similiar items that you can find in japanese cuisine). The restaurant is called Sapporo.

How about an softball game?...sedan vs coupe?, G vs Z?...maybe we can have a monthly meet? lets say at IN-n-OUT, we can move to different locations and time each month, we need to get something going, we dont have to shoot for large turn out, as long as ppl have fun and able to enjoy to talk and check eachother's ride ...anybody have more ideas???
