G37 tomei test pipes code

I got my tomei test pipes installed and had a check engine light. Got it scanned at auto zone and this is what came back. Not sure what to replace, or if I have a fuse blown.

My sensor on the bottom got cut in half at the wire. So I did replace that one but the code is still there. And I also put in the defoulers in the test pipe bungs on the bottom. Not sure what to do and I gotta register my car

For foulers, 6 inches or so from the pipe seems to work well. Any less distance than this can trigger the code. I see this is autozone and wont delete the code. However if you delete the code and monitor how long it takes to come back will determine how much longer the fouler needs to be.

It's alos possible the cut might have fried a part of the ECM if the code doesnt go away.

You need to be able to delete and monitor the code. Autozone wont help with that.
