Hey guys, new g37 owner!

Hey everyone, names Jamie. Just bought a 2012 g37xS today! Love the car! No huge plans with it, planning on getting that tesla screen soon, maybe throw on an exhaust and some random carbon fiber bits, but otherwise just plan to enjoy the car!

Being more familiar with the Sedan, I'm always surprised seeing the BBK on the xS Coupe.

Looks great, Jamie. The xS Coupe is a fantastic car. Welcome to the forum.

Thanks man! Yeah I went from an 18 "stage 2" tuned wrx to this car, I do miss the manual transmission, but I wanted the awd. This car is just way more comfortable and I'm loving the sound of the 3.7 😁 and to be honest it feels much faster the my subie did.

I went the opposite way. G was undoubtedly faster, handled just as well, but the 5MT WRX was more fun so I parted with the G. Sold the WRX not soon after though..started finding oil where it wasn't supposed to be..

Same here Roch, not many times you see BBK on an AWD setup. Even many X sport models I've seen are basic brakes.

Best looking setup in my opinion, That sport coupe bumper fits just right. I would say it even looks better than the IPL but I fear if I say that I wont be a Mod anymore

I agree. The front bumper off the last few years of the Sport Coupe, but with IPL side sills, and dropped about 1.5". That's the best look for the Coupe, IMO.

And you're a really good moderator. Very supportive. So meh on your self-deprecating nonsense.

Sure. There's a lot to like about the xS Coupe.

You did, only if you're interested in racing the you didn't since they're heavier than your standard RWD.

Not so much interested in racing, may take it down the strip a few times, going to throw a nice catback on and the v1 carbon intakes, mostly because they look good, the small power increase with a tune will be nice, but I go to alot of car shows, so I'm going for a 60 40 form/function situation

So I decided to go with the speed culture studios exhaust setup, will be piecing the parts together and have my shop weld er up, ill post pics when it's done, however I'm sure many of you have seen this setup already, but from what I can tell, imo, it's the best sounding setup for these cars, so I'm excited to get it done!
