Nice ride and welcome to the forum. To give you an idea you'll be alright at that mileage for the first 2 years.
Make sure to get some baselines from the car at that mileage because as it ages and as you modify it can be difficult to determine what might not work.
MPGs will probably be fantastic at that mileage and decrease as your CAT's start failing.
Modifications can be expensive and most require tuning to achieve full benefit and even then the car will probably drop points in fuel economy.
This will start weighing on you as you put 18-20gals of premium fuel a couple times a month to every week.

This forum is filled with great knowledge so take your time and search properly, use the NEW POSTS option to refresh on active posts and socialize.
Again, welcome and nice ride

Pretty car. Few vehicles maintain their awesome first impression as well as the G37 Coupe, even 12 years later.

The Sedan not so much as the Coupe, IMO. Which is saying a lot for me, LOL!

At what kind of mileage do the CATS start failing? i don’t mind the sound of the stock exhaust but will add something for a little bit deeper tone nothing crazy

It's different for everyone. The cats shouldn't fail for quite sometime, but some people may get it at 50K or less or higher. My G37 had 60K miles on it before I sold it, cats were basically still brand new.

You're going to start to see decreases in mileage as you get closer to a 100000. Your best bet is to start tracking your mileage from now so you can have a baseline later on.
