2011 G25 misfire after spark plugs replaced

I replaced the spark with NGK using anti-seize. The first start gave a cylinder 6 misfire error. I rechecked the wires and the reset the code using a sacnner. Now it's not showing up. I checked the internet and some say putting too much anti-seize can cause misfire.

1. Can anyone help me to identify which is cylinder 6 on a 2011 g25?
2.Since the engine light is not giving error again, does it mean it works fine.

I really appreciate for any piece of advise.

Passenger side is odd, so driver's side is even. Ergo, rear cylinder on driver's side.

did you ever figure out your problem with misfire? I am looking to replacing my spark plugs for my 2011 g25 journey. Some have said not to putting any anti seize. Just wondering how it went after

OP hasn't posted to this board since 23 December 2018. Doubtful he'll reply.

Hey it gave the error once, and after I reset it, it has been good since then.

Shocker you made it with NGK’s. Are they oem for the 2.5? I know the 3.7 won’t run well unless it’s on densos
