Hey all, Darius from Vancouver BC here, and after weeks of comparing, researching, and losing sleep over what car to buy, I decided to pull the trigger on a 2010 g37xs sedan with about 138k KM (or 86k miles) on the clock. Bone stock with the front bumper lip, nav package, absolutely mint interior. Very excited to have this as my daily driver, I just reached the end of lease with my 2015 Cadillac ATS and finances don't allow for a second car lease (wife has a Civic). We decided it would be best for me to get something a bit older, used, sensible, family friendly...so here we are!
Future plans include window tint and probably a brake kit at some point. That's all for now. Also I need some all weather floor mats. Any recommendations? Was thinking of going weathertech but if there are any alternatives I would be open to suggestions.
Happy to be on board and see you around!

Welcome to the site! I also had the same dilemma when I was shopping around for all weather floor mats for my 2012 G37x sedan, but I ended up going with a company called TuxMat https://www.tuxmat.ca/. The complete set was $248.50 and free shipping in Canada, whereas WeatherTech is $268.90 which includes shipping.

Awesome thanks! These look really nice and well priced. I will definitely consider them.
Welcome to the site. Why did you have to stoop for a family-friendly car? Your wife has a Civic, the automotive equivalent of a pair of sensible shoes. That's the family ride.

I occasionally need to take the car seat + baby in my car when the wife takes her car for the day. She refuses to drive anything other than the civic. Rather have 4 doors than trying to squeeze them in and out of a coupe. Once the car seat is out of the picture it won't be so bad and maybe that will change, but I'm ok with 4 doors as long as the car is fun to drive!
