Bigger lug nuts ? Help !

Well guys I’m a noob when it comes to this but I recently bought new wheels for my g37x. I got some sro8 19x9.5 all around and I got some 245/35/r19 as tires.

So my question is, Do I need Bigger Lug Nuts ? I currently have 17’s on my g37 or should does lug nuts fit my bigger wheels ?

You will likely need new lug nuts. The factory lugs have a flat seat where most aftermarket wheels will require the acorn type.

What Entcee said, you should also consider hub adapter rings. Your new wheels will likely have an oversized hub bore (most common is 73.1mm) and Infiniti uses a 66.1mm hub flange. Without the adapters chances of high speed vibrations are common.

You would need to confirm the bore of your new wheels and get the rings to adapt to the 66.1. Here's one example~
