New G37X Sedan Owner - MD

Hey all!

So my most recent DD, 2002 JGC is giving me some transmission issues so I went out and bought a G37X Sedan! It's a 2013 with 40k miles. It's incredibly clean, props to whoever has taken such good care of it the last several years!

I come from a background owning and modding Evo's, my most recent being a 450 whp X. This car is going to stay close to stock for a while, but I love knowing I have lots of options to make some nice power later down the road if I decide to go that direction.

I just bought this car about 48 hours ago, but already love it! The little bit of luxury combined with some pep when I want it makes for a great DD. I look forward to reading lots about the platform and enjoying the car along the way.

Sounds like you got yourself a great car! It's awesome in MD when winters hit. You know how it can be here - not enough snow to be snowed in but enough where driving can be a problem for most cars; especially with the ice. 17s are actually great winter tires for cutting through the cold stuff.

Thanks! Yea I'm really happy with it, especially for the price I paid. Depreciation is an amazing thing haha.

I think my first investment will be a second set of wheels, with Blizzaks on them. Even at 245/40/18 size on my Evo X, it would absolutely shred in snow. I'm guessing the G37 will be the same with a dedicated set of snow tires on it. It's already got a pretty much new set of Ventus S1 Noble2 on it, so new wheels/tires will probably come for the next season.
