Staggered wheel help

So I have an 08 g35 awd. I planned on putting snow tires on. I still have my old set up from my 03 coupe. snow tires front were 225/45r18 and rears are 245/45r18, can I get away with putting these on? Also wheels are 18x8 front 18x8.5 aftermarket wheels with the snow tires already mounted from previous year. Or would I have to buy a whole new set up? currently have 18s on my sedan now.

Any input would help thanks.

Hi,
Need to keep your front to rear diameter variance under 1%, AWD issues will likely occur at higher speeds if you go over that. The combo you listed is about 2.6% which is well over that. I'd run the narrower 225/45s all around if the current tires are in good condition, if they are pretty worn I'd get the 225/50/18s all around if your wheels are only slightly staggered, like a 8"/8.5" setup. If you wheels are staggered more than that you would be better off getting a designated winter setup in a 18x8 that you can run the 225/50s. That's all I got
