Is my muffler the stock g37 or "S"

So I bought my 2013 G37xs used, so I have no idea if the original owner got the extra "S" exhaust.

Is there anyway to tell? Is it possible to tell by appearance?

Any help would be appreciated.

Check that youtube video, the sport muffler sticks out noticeably more than the regular muffler along with some other minute details which should be discernible from the video
