After 6 hours and two trips to Home Depot I completed installing the CAI sold by CPT:

Main issue was with the windshield washer reservoir. I had to drill the pump port and make a sleeve for the fill tube.

 

oh wow nice and affordable. good find. so it includes a new resevoir tank but what did u have to do? dont really understand

 

Well the instructions say to reuse the fill tube from the existing tank. However the inside diameter of the new tank won't fit the fill tube. I had to make a sleeve using some vinyl tubing and hose clamps. Also, the bung on the passenger side for the pcv tubing doesn't line up well. I might do the PCV delete in the future.

 

Do you have any pics of how it fit behind the grill prior to installing the grill back on?
Looks good up in the bay.
