What's the cheapest mod I can do to my coupe g37, or better yet where can I find cheap exhausts?

Cheapest Mod...... De-Badge....... All of those badges cause wind resistance.
By taking them off, you should gain .00000155648844311 HP.

Best first mod is Akebono brakes if you don't already have them. If you DO have the BBK, some ultra-high performance tires are the best thing you can do to your car.

Stock breaks are pretty good for the G37 and BBKs are only really beneficial on the track. outside of that, they're a cosmetic upgrade.
