New Owner 2011 G25x
all I really want to do is space the wheels out 1/2" past the fenders and install a permanent custom roof rack, that I'm hoping to have made by a friend of mine who owns a metal fab shop. Thanks for having me, and sorry this ain't a g37

Welcome to the site, looks like a clean 25 you found. All Gs are welcome around here BTW.
I'd reconsider adding that much spacing, something along the lines of 25mm all around would be a decent plan, anything more than that and you may have problems w/ wear on your wheel bearings, not to mention all the crud that will hit the side of your car w/ tires that much outside the fenders.
