If you can find the stock specs for the Knurl Length and Diameter, you can browse ARP's website to find extended wheel studs to swap out with your stock studs to keep the current fitment of the wheels. You would need at least a 10mm spacer to get new studs.

I would not recommend having a machine shop shave the back pad, or bore out the hole as you can end up weakening the integrity of the wheel itself. These are cast wheels for a specific wheel spec, and not an aftermarket blank that is designed to work with a varying offset.
