New to Me G37s Convertible

Purchased a used 09' G37s Convertible last week. Amazing service records and barely a scratch on her. 600 mile road trip over the weekend with the wife and everything went great. Have some questions and will ask in another post, but these sure are beautiful cars! Looking forward to hearing from everyone!

Hey thanks! Well, since I'm married and have two young girls the mods will probably be more aesthetic mods than performance mods since I can at least explain those to the wife

It is going to be my daily driver, and I am more personally more interested in the way she looks and being a comfortable ride than eeking out every bit of performance that I can. No racing for me! I'll probably start with dropping it about an inch, paint the calipers, and make her a little louder. Will probably work on more interior comforts like navigation as well.

I'm no car guy but think it's a beautiful looking car and a fun ride and want to start learning!

Yeah, and I don't understand why! It's such a nice car! I guess we just enjoy the experience more than pure performance?

The only reason I can think of is because the vert is heavier than the sedan and coupe. Anyway, it is still a great car

It's heavier, the roof is prone to leaks, and a lot of people just treat the vert as a "rental getaway" car ... or a garage queen. We dd ours and definitely hope it lasts awhile.

Oh I understand completely! If I were younger or more interested in the speed and power that makes complete sense. Sent you a question in messages kiseliok.

Haha. Yep. I figured this thing is a good compromise. If I have a need for speed, I just hop on the bike. Not many cars under 100k can (reliably) touch that so why bother.
My profile pic is not my car, unfortunately. I think it's an actual infiniti ad picture. haha. Mine is pretty much identical, minus the drop. I'll respond to your pm later today nonetheless.
