Got a G37x

Long time Subaru owner. Before that, I had many Maximas and an I30t. All manual transmissions. But, I started a new job that required me to drive to work. All that stop and go was killing me. Plus, I have an executive level position so I figured it was time to grow up.

Went to one dealership that had a 2011. It was beat to hell. Went to my backup dealer that has a 2009. My God, it was near mint. Has one blemish in the rear bumper (a gouge from something), but it's loaded with 45k miles. Amethyst Graphite Metallic. Drove it home and enjoyed every minute. Still extend my left leg sometimes going into a light, but I'll get used to it.

Anyway, my modding days are over. I'm too old. So, I'm just looking to enjoy the ride. Tints and some summer wheels. Maybe a drop with Swifts. That's about it.

Congratulations! I've had mine over a year now and I still look forward to driving it every day.

I, too, came from a Subaru with MT. I miss rowing through the gears and would have preferred a 6MT, but they're really hard to find in the Northeast.

Congrats! I'm looking at buying a 2009 G37x as well. Any hesitations? Did you look at newer models? There's a great deal on a 2012 model with the same mileage (35k), but I don't know if it's worth the extra $2 - 3k on top of the 2009 model.

3k for 3years doesn't sound like a bad investment to me.. to each its own tho.. If you can manage to get a mint condition 09 like to OP did then that's a different story but as the years pass the average condition of our cars depreciate due to normal usage or even just sitting on a lot.

OP nice ride, super clean!
