Hi guys I am new to the site and am not for sure how to post correctly or add pics the right way. I currently have a blue slate g37 and am having the hardest time getting my stance right. Please help!!

 

Yeah, that's an odd stance... very vertical... I'd recommend a 90 degree counterclockwise rotation kit

 

Yeah I hate it. Ive never heard of that kit before. Do you think buying a longer shock for the rear coils will help?

 

Lol I think what he means is that the picture you posted didn't orient right and is vertical.

What do you have installed on the car? Springs (what brand)? Coilovers (what brand)? Camber kits? Wheel specs? Tire specs? Alignment in spec?

What is your concern with the ride height? Too high? Too low? Uneven?

I currently have BC racing coilovers.
I have 20" 114 mm with 35 offset white diamond wheels.
My tire size is 225-35-20 in the front I think and 245-30-20 in the back.
Im not sure as far as alignment specs.
I feel that the car sits too high and doesn't look right especially in the back.
My Coils in the back are "maxed out" which is what I was told and im sitting on factory springs.
The ride height is very uneven. Very high in the back and the front is low. I want the nice stance all the other g37's have when lowered

If you have stock springs on aftermarket struts (coilovers) I'm not quite sure how that would look compared to stock. Is there a way to get bc springs to slip over your coils? I've never heard of anyone with aftermarket struts on stock springs, but being as though bc springs will be made for bc coils will definitely help out.

 

I think I do have someone but the person who installed them on my car said the factory ones were better. Which I didn't understand.
But I think the springs that were provided were a lot slimmer and shorter.


How much do you think that would help with lowering the back?

 

Yes, coilover springs are slimmer and shorter. The slimmer part is usually rectified by an adapter that is included with the kit. The shorter part gives you the wider range up and down. In your case, it would allow your rear end to drop more and match your front. You have found your problem. Install the springs that came with the coilovers and adjust accordingly. When the tech said "better", he probably meant ride quality.
