What year should I buy?

Hello, I currently have a 07 g35 coupe and I have decided that my next car will be a 2010+ g37x coupe. I know that I want atleast a 2010 for factory bluetooth, awd in the coupe, etc etc. I am however starting to think I want atleast an 11 because of the new bumper but that could be easily switched. My question is does any one recommend one specific year over the others? Was anything fixed in one year that was a problem in others? Are there any features that one package or year offered that you can't live without? I know I read somewhere that in one year the common gasket problem was fixed in one of the later years but I can't find it now.

There doesn't seem to be an exact build date that the new improved timing gasket was introduced, at least nothing that I've read has stated this. It seems after 2011 is safe but can't confirm. Are you sure you need an X, a RWD w/ the S package is a pretty hot setup.

Do you mean 2011+ has this fixed or 2012-2013? Yea the s package is really nice and my g35 was surprisingly good in the snow last year but im really interested in the x. I live in nj our snow isn't usually that bad but it can be and I'd only have one car so I'd really like to have something that'd always be reliable. My first car was a mustang it slid everytime I went over 25 in snow and would slid on any wet service if I gave it gas my g is surprisingly good like I said but I really like the awd idea.

Haven't heard of any 2011s w/ the gasket issue but it may just be that they don't have enough miles on them for the problem to rear its' ugly head
I wish I had a definite build date where this was upgraded but I don't.
I'd just get the newest one you can afford, and having more warranty time is never a bad thing.
Maybe you can find a G37X "S", at least those have the nice big brake upgrade.
G/L w/ your search.

Thanks for your help. Tbh I feel like from what ive seen 2010-2012s all are about the same price it just depends on the individual dealership
