10.5s are too wide on an 18" rim, the inner barrel will hit the steering knuckle, you'd need to go to a 19 or 20" wheel since the steering knuckle bends inward as it goes up to the a-arm.

You can go 9.5 +45 and run a lightly stretched 245/45/18 all around. You'll clear the knuckle by about 5mm.
