New G37X owner and new member to the forum

Hi everyone,

Thought I would say hi to everyone and introduce myself a bit.

I just recently bought my first G car, I ended up getting a 2011 G37X coupe. It had one previous owner and they seemed to take excellent care of it before trading it in.

I have been looking into getting a G35 or G37 for about 5 years now and finally decided to get one. I went with the G37x for the AWD system so far I'm loving it. I ended up getting the auto rather then the 6MT, I have to re teach my self how to drive an auto it is the first auto I've owned for over 10 years. My car prior to getting the G37x was a 1993 Nissian 300ZX N/A.

I plan on doing some mods in the future, I have not decided what things I should start with. I plan on getting a long arm cold are intake and doing some exhaust upgrades. I have not decided on what tire/wheels sizes I will go with it currently has the stock 18's.

I will post some pictures for you guys in the next few days, right now it's at the audio shop getting a custom sub box installed.

Thank you, I don't have any good pics on this computer of the 300ZX but can add some when I put some of the G37 up. The 300ZX has about 85K on it, I bought it with just under 56K from a co-worker he had it for about a year and put on less than 1k I'm the 4th owner of it. It's the darker red with black leather interior, all stock but with a custom cat back exhaust w/magna flows.

Here's some pics of the custom sub box I had made for my trunk. I ended up removing the space tire and all the plastic junk that held it in place.

The sub box sits around a false floor that it the same height as the floor was with the space tire assembly installed. I just hope I never get a flat...

As for the subs and and amp I used I went with a JL Audio XD600 watt amp and two JL Audio 10"

I kicks way harder than I was going for but it sounds really nice.

And here's the pics of another dirty car. I'm getting the windows tinted to 20% tomorrow.

Very nice! I just picked up on in the same color but black interior. The cream looks great. Looking forward to seeing your tint as I may be considering that in the future. Enjoy!!!

I would of liked the black interior better but they wanted more than I wanted to pay for a used one with black interior rather than the lighter cream one. Only good thing is it will stay cooler when parked in the sun but a pain to keep clean.

I really recommend getting the windows tinted makes the car look 100x better. I will post some pictures of the tint later today or tomorrow, the car is showed in the garage right now not much to take decent pics in there. The car almost does not fit in my garage as it is a bit bigger than my Nissan I might have to rearrange my garage around so it's not such a tight fit.
