Howdy from TX.
Yep you guessed it, I bought a salvage car that has been rebuilt. I was kinda nervous about it being totaled but the shop only rebuilds g37s and this one is really nice. I crawled all over it and under it and while it has a couple of small defects it looks like a brand new car. Runs perfect, so I will keep my fingers crossed. To bad no warranty though...

Yeah funny about the awd, never had one before. The car came from New Jersey originally I am sure they are very popular there. I am learning how to drive it at this point, seems to have better traction than my old g35. I bet it would be incredible with a supercharger.
I'm on my second X up here in Oklahoma. Its RWD 99% of the time. Wouldn't worry about the salvage title - I've owned a couple. They total cars for hail damage around these parts.
I bought my son a Ford Fusion with a salvage title, due to hail. Its serviced regularly at the Ford dealer, who has done warranty work on it once or twice. Owners manual clearly states that a branded title voids the warranty, so I'm surprised. Its a don't ask don't tell deal I guess. I figured Fords computers were better than that.
