Newbie from MA.

Hey guys , just wanted to say hello ! I just picked up a 2011 blue slate g37x yesterday . For the past 7+ years I have been driving trucks and SUV's especially jeeps ! I traded in one of my jeeps to buy the G . It was a 05 grand cherokee limited with a 5.7 hemi and a small lift and big tires . So this scene is all new to me ! So far no regrets ! This car is great and I can't wait to start the modding ! After reading some of the posts on this forum I think I found the right place to learn about the Infiniti family and how to have fun with them And I look forward to it .my other project is a 98 jeep grand cherokee 5.9 limited that I have been working on for awhile , it's lowered with h&r springs , all the usual bolt ons and exhaust work and a little tuning. Future plan for the jeep includes heads ,cam, roller rockers and a small power dyne sc with only 7psi of boots .I have all parts collected and ready to go on just no time for a big project right now .hope to chat with everyone soon .

Thanks for reading ,

Chris

Welcome to the site Chris, glad you found us
Just a bit different mindset modding the G compared to the 4x4s but it's still twisting wrenches and maxing out your credit. So similar but different. Enjoy the site and your new X!

Wow big transition, but welcome to the world of imports! The car must feel too low to the ground for you, lol.

Tint is done went with 20% all around and added a small strip across the top of the windshield . Just the tint has transformed the look of my car and I love it even more ! I missed fedex on saturday to sign for my Stillen grounding kit so I have to wait till Tuesday now
