Hi everyone im new to this website and to be honest and with the ca scene. I had no interest in working with car just normal car and drive around but now i my interest change and i wana working with cars and modify and stuff and need your guys help.

First of all i wana ask did i buy it for good price. 2102 with 15k miles and 6 years warranty and 2 years left on bumper to bumper warrenty. for $26700. was it worth it?

Second of all i wana lower the car but i had few question in my mind like would mess up the warranty by doing that? i have stock 19" rim right now i think. i wana drop ince lower and put front spoiler lip.

how should i do it. if you guys have done it before and tell me and post pictures. Thanks

Welcome to the site, moved this to the newbie section to get you a proper intro.
Sounds like a nice price for a low mileage 2012 (assuming the rest of the car is in nice condition). As far as lowering, many options and won't void your warranty but if parts like struts or bushings, control arms etc are damaged they may not be covered as they can claim the altered suspension was the cause. Any mod you do to these cars can void a section of the warranty if they deem that the mod may have played a part in the failure so just keep that in mind. Browse the Sedan, and Suspension folders for various lowering options and feel free to post specific questions in the part-specific folders.
Congrats on your new G and enjoy the site!

I was thinking to lower a inch and put 18's on it isntead of 19' or keep the same size rims and add front spoiler lip to it.?

whats the best way to lower it that would cause less problem in future?

Thanks so much for your time

The milder coupe drops would be Tanabe, Eibach, and Tein H Tech (The S Techs are a deep drop so avoid them) Not sure but Swift might also have a coupe application. Some get by without camber arms and rear toe bolt kits but I recommend them when you lower your vehicle so you can get your alignment proper and avoid excess tire wear. The camber sets run about $500 and the springs about $250, if you don't mind twisting wrenches you can do the install yourself and save $200-300 dollars. Most that drop end up getting larger diameter wheels compared to smaller ones, those 19" coupe wheels are pretty nice. As far as pics they're all over the site, check the Media share section for coupes, also a google "G37 coupes lowered on (insert spring brand) springs" should get you a good idea. Also I'd read this thread foir a good overview of what's out there~

Personally I would just leave it stock and drive it. When you start changing out suspension parts the ride is going to suffer. Eibachs are a popular lowering spring choice here. They drop about an inch. 50% hate the ride and 50% love the ride. Also most say a camber kit it required which just made the price jump way up. Good luck.
