FTG drop question

I own a 12' coupe S and I'm about to purchase a used KW V3 from a forum member. I was hoping to lower the car for performance purposes and retain functionality. What will be an ideal drop in this case?

There is no standard, definitely exact number of FTG height. Its all depends on your wheels setup, bodykit, etc... Every car is different.

But here is the rule of thumb. The lower, the better the car will take on corner and turn. But the trade off for that is you will scrape pretty much everywhere, your wheels/tires might hit the fenders and damage it.

I have KW V3 and i had it lowered where there is about 3" clearance from the ground. Afte a month, I raised it back a little bit where there's about 1 finger clearance from tire-to-fender, and about 4.25" clearance from the front bumper to ground. Its comforatable enough for me.

I would do 1.5" on some Eibach springs.
