Joining from Texas

Hey guys, been lurking for a few weeks now. Used to own a 2008 Civic SI, and decided it was time to trade up. Saturday I went ahead and pulled the trigger on a 2011 G37 Sedan. Im kind of imbarressed because I didnt do as much research as I normally do before buying but this car was about to go to auction so I went ahead.

Car is a 6 speed and has been lowered on Tanabe's with an Ark exhaust. I got the car on a lift before i bought it and it sure appeard to me that everything was done right. New bushings on the lca's, SPC camber in the back and aftermarket upper control arms in the front, I'm assuming SPC as well. Also has some 5mm H&R spacers all the way around.

I've seen good and bad reviews on the Tanabe's... Is it a general concensous to stay away from them? KW always makes great products so that would be first pick unless theres a better alternative.

Dont have any complaints about the exhaust. Great tone and quite, so I'm happy there.

Rev hang is bugging the **** out of me, is there a flash to eliminate that?

Plan of getting a TWM short throw very soon, I dont know what yalls thoughts are on them here but I know from expirence that they make a great product.

Anyway I will be doing research and trying to sift through all the nonsense threads to find the real info I need so theres no need for the search button trolls. Thanks any and heres some pics

I am new to the site. I am a very proud owner of a 2010 G37 sedan for 3 months now. San Antonio, texas in the house! It is 37 degrees outside today and for whatever reason ( undetermined reason at this moment ) she doesnt want to start up. The battety is done son! Reading on here the posts of other people insee that I am hardly in a league of my own. Seems a pretty minor fix, swap batteries. I do like reading that a large number of people have posted the battety issue is the single and solitary problem that they have had with their vehichles. It could be so much worse.

A very warm Welcome to you too Sir!

Seems like you'd still be under factory warranty. I'd take it back to the dealer. I "think" there a TSB regarding batteries. I have a 2008 and had to replace mine last year. Good luck sir
