Please help!! Infiniti wants to repaint my hood.

Hi everybody, im new in here so I dont know much about previous threads, I tried the search bar and coulndt find an answer, so please help.
I purchased a 2010 g37 coupe black from the dealer, the car was in perfect condition, exept for some chips and a couple of dents, I got the dealer to fix the dents and the chips, they did a great job with the dents but the chips that were on the hood not so much, for some people it might not be such a big deal but for me it is, since I like my G to look spotless. With that being said after a couple of trips to the dealer and not getting the problem fixed to my expecations (where they wet sand it in the hood, now looks like dents) the told that they will paint the hood, but there is a 50/50 chance that it will not match the rest of the car, something depending on the angle of the sunshine or something like that.
So my question after all this story and I apologize for it, is should I take the risk of letting th paint the hood or not, I know the dent look alike will bother everytime i see them, but a bad painted hood would bother me even more. Thank in advance for yall help.

Let them know going in that you expect a very good paint match, if not then let them know they'll need to blend the fenders into the hood as well. The dealer should stand behind their work, keep in mind these cars are very chip-prone (the most I've seen). To have the dealer actually take car of a chipped hood is rare so consider yourself lucky (as long as they do the job right that is). I agree about having chips in a black car, they just start screaming at you. Be sure when you get it fixed that you protect it w/ a clear bra or similar material.
Oh, BTW, welcome to the site!

Thanks, I actually told them that I expect a really good job and they kept making emphazis in the possibility of the job going 50/50 bad, so I told that if that happens they would need to fix it until they get it right, and they said that they cant do that, that pretty much I only have one shot, either sign and take the risk or not do anything. So pretty much the would try to get it done on one try and thats it.
