New to the forum, lots of m3 pictures

Hi Guys,

I just acquired a 2010 g37 journey sedan with nav and premium package yesterday. i got a pretty good deal on it and it should be the perfect daily driver for me. As the car is 100% stock right now, i'll spare you the boring pics.

on the other hand, i have owned my m3 for more than 10 years now so i'll show some pictures of it. i will be keeping my m3 as my weekend car as it has been retired from track duty

thanks guys, it was nice to retire the m3 from track duty and put the full interior back in and not always have to swap out brake pads and wheels...its more enjoyable to drive on the street, but is still pretty harsh with the suspension i have on it.

btw, i'll be doing only very mild mods to the g37...oem 19" coupe wheels, sport front bumper with add-on lip and midnight black grille with the top and bottom painted to color match the car

debating on lowering springs, but i don't want to sacrifice ride quality (and i also dread doing the actual work haha)

I don't think the 8k redline helps keep temps down either

not much work really, turns out with the right tuner its quite safe (ESS). engine itself is stock but i have long tube headers and custom midpipe (borla midpipe that's been modified) with 200 cell cats in it. i also have lighter pullies, but that's minor as well. on the dyno it only puts out about 310rwhp, so its not some huge beast or anything.

i used to have a silicone intake hose, an air-channeler thing for the intake (no idea what the technical term is) and aftermarket air filter, but those are all gone now and also very very minor.

i never actually intended this car to be a beast at all, it was mostly an HDPE car that I ran with NASA, so most of the mods were in the suspension and chassis tuning. i was running 265 wide r888 tires for the track and between those, the suspension and the 100 octane it was a blast.
