TL type S? My wife had a TL few years ago and traded for a new MDX. The TL is a great car, very reliable car and a great daily.

You'll enjoy the G. Welcome and congrats!

Welcome to the forum. The windows drop just a bit when opening the door because they are frameless. They go up when you close it to seal shut firmly. If they stayed all the way up when opening and closing the doors either they'd break or wouldn't seal well.
