Blue Slate.. black or chrome?

So my g is BS but i cant decide if I should black it out, or do chrome with some black? The matte black doesn't look bad from what I've seen but it kinda makes the car look cheap? OPINIONS PLEEAASSEEE & if anyone has pics let me see!

What wheels do you have? I have a BS too! I think im gonna do a black wrap over the chrome around the door/fogs and get the midnight grill on mine. I have the factory spoiler on order to cover up the chrome on trunk. The chrome doesnt look bad but I think it depends on what wheels you have. It sticks out bad on my ride IMO

I've got the stock 19's that came with the sport package, the trim around my doors is black. I've been looking for the midnight grille but its hard to find aftermarket parts for a g37 it seems. besides ebay. I'm also debating to paint my stock wheels black or get aftermarket.

I have the slate grey too and don't really like the chrome. I did the front grill in black plastidip temporarily until I can get a badgeless grill which I will also have done black. I'm now in the process of painting the chrome trunk trim in body colour and the lower rear bumper around the licence plate and tailpipes in black plastidip. I'm also gonna go with black wheels. Here's a picture of the front grill...

IMO the blacked out grille flow well on that Blue Slate because of the blacked out headlights.

It is kind of an "all or nothing", if you don't complete the black theme it comes up short.

Yeap. I'm leaning towards two options for mine; 1) paint match the grille to the centers of my with the chrome left alone. 2) paint match the grille to the centers and black chrome the OEM chrome.
