just some pics i'm finally posting
i didnt want the bigger rims, for one thing. i like the base because its not too rough riding with the 18's but still handles well. i'm not the kind of driver to push the limits of the car. the base brakes are really strong, i cant imagine needing anything more. i'm not going to track the car or modify it, and the base was exactly what i wanted. i just added the spoiler, since it didn't have one.
Nice! I didn't test drive a Z, so I'm still curious about the Synchro Rev rev matching system. Did you get to try it out when you were test driving? Sometimes I wish my G had it. Mostly when I'm sitting in traffic.

thanks tazicon. used2xb, honestly, there are lots of people complaining about the 6mt gearbox, clunky, grinding, etc. but they say that syncro match is a dream, (for those satisfied with the 6mt. for me, i was more interested in the shiftable 7at, which also has the syncro rev match feature in manual mode. after my first 3 years of manual transmissions, i don't want another one. i guess im lazy. but i absolutely love the 7at, rowing through the gears is quick and smooth. its all the fun without working the clutch, and none of the problems that 6mt owners seem to be having. i have to wonder if a lot of those issues aren't "driver related" lol.
Beautiful car - and great color! I wanted a 350Z when they came out, but of all things I hated the door handles (you know, those huge things w/ the circular dimples on them to supposedly minimize their giantness). Glad they redesigned them for the 370!
it took forever to locate that color in a base 7at. i was about to settle for a pearl white, then finally my dealer found one in texas. im so glad i waited.
Would get a 370z if I didn't need the rear seats but it would definitively have to have the sports package and 6MT. Love the fact that you don't have to rev match on the Z with the sports package. =).
