Finally introduce myself-WARNING long post
While my G37S is hibernating for the winter, I'm bored and missing it right now. I thought I would post a hello to all members and introduce myself as a newbie...sorta. And apologies, this post will be a little long
Before owning the G37S I had a 1999 Acura TL which I modded a few things before I had to put it out to pasture and shoot it this winter. It was becoming a money pit. Thanks to State Farm screwing me over with my policy and forcing me to park it and rust away.
Anyways, some pics of past cars I owned..
My 1996 Camaro

My 2000 Chrysler 300M sadly stolen not even a year of ownership

My stolen 300M replacement 1999 Acura TL

The mods started, skirt kit

Lowered, new rims, and one of a kind HID projectors for this model year

Then my homemade LED tails and turn signals

Changed all bulbs to LED and customized cluster from scratch to blue/white instead of the ugly yellow/green Acura had. Guess this is why I love the G37 Cluster

And finally comes to my 08 G37S picked up from a salvage yard. Was in an accident which the rear passenger quarter panel had to be replaced along with the door. It maybe damaged, but like a stray dog it needed a good home

T-Shirt says it all....

Safe and sound at home all clean, thanks again to JJsBusaRox for the nice rims

Zaino'ed and at the beach

My G doesn't like Frogs, I go change my oil for the first time and I find that my O2 sensor cable disconnected and a surprise stuck near my cat. converter

I have a feeling it hit my cable, snapped it off and then rebounded into the exhaust and got a little cooked. What are the chances?

To finish off this lengthy post, besides changing the rims and tires (sadly when the G was written off by the insurance company, the winter rims were still installed), I've already installed BB ground kit (Thanks TheIvoryG), Stillen Gen one CAI (Thanks Rossab).
Next step is possibly a new front bumper, and new exhaust for cure the marbles in the muffler.

The G must be a natural progression for previous fbody owners (present company included)
Congrats
Note, grammatically correct long reads are not a problem. Those written by 3rd graders lacking proper spelling, grammar and punctuation make one want to tear their hair out

As for the froggy....it was his fault. I tried to drive over top of him (purposely avoiding my tires), but he decided to jump and hit me instead.
