Picked up 09 G37xS in NH
Hello,
Thought I would introduce myself. I just purchased a 2009 G37X Sedan Sport. Black on black with every single option and package. Most likely putting on the Stillen exhaust and Hi-Flow cats ASAP. I'm located in Lebanon NH if there is anyone else around me.

Yeah, it is a SERIOUS upgrade from the Civic. Far more comfy, smoother, quieter, great stereo (though could be bassyer) and all kinds of other tech goodies. Plus its way faster in a straight line and I'm sure it will be great this winter.
Already Can't wait to put on the Stillen CB and Hotchkises.
Side note, can't seem to get my phone paired with the Bluetooth. But maybe if I read the manual... ha ha

Jeez thats the second reference to a ****ty Toyota, haha don't be hating just because I sell them for a living... haha no but really, the G is far superior to anything Toyota or Honda has to offer.
Welcome
Enjoy the new wheels! I just picked up my new G37x yesterday from Norwood Infiniti in Mass. Lakeshore slate with wheat interior. Premium package with Nav. I love it. The driving position feels perfect.
The early Highlanders were a fairly quick and nimble crossover compared to the body on frame SUVs of the time, but in comparison to a G the steering wheel feels huge, lock to lock is like opening a canal gate, you sit on it not in it, and it leans in the turns like a sailboat in a strong breeze. Everything seems so much looser and imprecise after driving the G, but that Highlander has faithfully gotten me through a decade of New England winters and covered 200k with little more than routine maitenance costs. So I'm not about knocking Toyotas, been driving them since the mid 70's.
