G rabbit

Hi guys. New to the forum and fairly new to the G.... my first new car. 2009 G37x, white w/ light interior, premium and nav. Bought from the dealer mid-2010 so I got a pretty good deal. But now the 11s are out, is my car really two or three years old already?

Oh well. I like it.

And now, a nice *** shot for you guys....

Thanks guys. I'm from Ohio, which explains the AWD....

I don't plan on any performance mods but I will do some cosmetic mods. I will be getting my tint done shortly just in time for spring.... 20% sides and rear. This should be fine with the light interior.

I also want to do something with the grill....
either color matched with chrome top/bottom and chrome emblem (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...e/grilles9.jpg)
or black grill with chrome or white emblem (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...e/grilles4.jpg).

What do you think? I haven't seen either in person so I'm really not sure.

3rd on the list would be painted headlight housing either color matched with color matched grill, or black with black grill.

I also need to lightly sand my shift ****.... the damn thing is scratched already!!!!

Welcome Rabbit! Either way you go with the grill white or black, i'tll look great...But remember if you get a white grill, you're going to have to continue with the matching...headlights..etc...Can't wait to see your progress! Be unique so i can steal your ideas LOL

You don't need AWD in SW OH but it does make it easier. I decided to go with winter tires for 3-4 months.

True, true.... That setup will also work. I'm coming from a FWD sedan so I didn't want to jump to the RWD coupe just yet.... definitely my next car, though. I like the engine weight over the driving wheels, for now.

Fun fact: the dealer here carries our car in X only.

If you went to Infiniti of Cincinnati, they will order a 6mt for you but aren't too aggressive in dealer swaps. But you're correct the local dealers don't carry RWD models too often.
