It has nothing to do with tracking. It has to do with day to day ride quality.
You can tune coils to ride like a lexus on the street, while having superior performance on the track, its just not cheap.
Like I said, you already bought a (relatively) high end car. Why cheap out and get cheap coils?
On a side note, I have a friend selling some HKS Hipermax III for 1400, barely used. 2 way adjustable.
