My car won't stop
I've had my G37X since March 31. On April 3 when I applied the brakes, the car just kept accelerating and I rear ended someone. It was raining and I thought it was my fault. I had the car checked out at the Infiniti dealer and they gave it a clean bill of health. Last Saturday as I was coming to a stop sign, the same thing happened and the weather was clear and dry. The car just kept bucking forward and I landed up in the intersection. This time I didn't hit anyone. I took it in and the dealer said there was a TSB09-032b that would fix the car. No where can I find anyone else complaining that their car didn't stop and I am not convinced that this TSB fixed my problem. The car is still at the dealer because I refuse to drive it. Does anyone know anything? Thanks.
wow thats scary. My parents had a very similiar issue on their Range Rover like 6 years back. Hit the brakes but car would not stop, just kept rolling. Luckily it was on an empty road. Took it to the dealer and found out there was something wrong with the master brake cylinder.
Question to you is did the brake pedal just slam to the floor or could you feel pressure against it? Does it not brake at all now? I would not drive that car until I was certain it would brake again. Def. under warranty so leave it at the dealership

maybe you are trying to apply the brakes too late? It's the same braking system from the G sedans and I never heard of any issues... If it's happening a lot then that is another story.

is the motor pulling through the brakes, or was it the brakes that just didn't stop the car?
something being wrong with the brakes seems like a problem that would happen on a regular basis... right?
