I've been a long time lurker on these forums ever since I got my G37 back in May. My previous car was an 06 Red G35 sedan, and I enjoyed that car. Then I decided to go with a Journey in Vibrant Red with prem and nav, however I kind of regret not getting a sport. Even then I still love my car!

I'm 18 and currently a student attending UC Irvine, which means I'll be in SoCal during the school year and back up to the Bay Area during vacation.

It feels good to have made my first post, I've always been a noob to the car enthusiast scene, I believe that will change though!

Well, it's been like 9 months since the last post on this thread, but I suppose I will just add onto it. Been busy during the school year so I never actually got the chance to take some pictures of my car. Now that it's summer for me and I'm back home up in NorCal I actually got the chance to do something to my car, after a whole year of driving it stock.

Before (Sorry, these shots weren't so great, I'm still learning how to use my SLR camera)




After (These shots are somewhat better but I'm still working on it)
I got my windows tinted first, 22% all around (28% on the back), although it looks a little bit on the light side IMO because of the wheat interior that I have. Then I got my car dropped on some Tanabe NF210's, had a Magnaflow catback installed (fitment is kind of funny, right tip sticks out a bit more), debadged the infiniti emblems, and then finally got BAT overlays from Andy (great guy) for my tail lights and the rear valence.









These are the first mods I have ever done to my car and I feel quite proud of them, although I still feel kind of new to all this. I plan on modding some more but atm money is an issue, so i'll have to hold off. I'm in dire need of new wheels and tires (I can stand the stock 18's but I'm not sure for how much longer). In the future, I plan on getting new intakes, sway bars, get a midnight grill or paint my current grill (depending on whether or not I decide on a specific theme for my car), and maybe get coilovers.

Anyway, what do you guys think? =P
