okay new rule for now on...no one else is allowed to get the same mod as the other person in the group unless they sell it to you for something better....

secondly if you buy that same exact mod you must give a 30 day notice to give the other party substantial amount of time to get rid of it or get something better or we can settle this on the black top (loser dosnt get the mod or has to give that mod to the other person who wants it)

thirdly.... everyone in the group is allowed to have one mod....ie...one car turbo, one SC, one car mrev2, one car stock(terry) so that way each one of us has a specialty against other racers,

fourth....when we drive anywhere we must follow in specfied order based on whos the fastest to slowest....the fastest up front followed down to the slowest...Terry

fifth....when traveling in packs the minium speed limit on the highway is 120mph, in the city 65mph. Anyone caught doing anyless is penalize and shall be punished by doing dougnts in front of IOC, and have to purchase new tires from them + alingment (Terry)

sub-section to 5th rule...if they scratch your car you have to go throgh Vince for claims against IOC

sixth.....if you say your coming to HH, you must attend and attend at the time you say your coming otherwise you pick up 35% of the bill. (klockd if he ever shows up)

eighth.....any new members here claiming to want to join the club must now at a minium come to HH in VA not the MD one to show there support 3 times and pick up the 50% of the bill. once this is done you will be submitted to driving jesus kia spectra and successfully do a doughnut and by doing so you get your NGC decal sticker to be placed on your car which you must do on your own.

ninth....any member that brings up any stupid immigrant racial BS shall have their car stripped, burnt, and parts divided among the rest of the group. this is no way directed to Klockdiz(he is entitled to his own opinion, and i respect that)....this is for all the retards that kept on posting stupid sh$4 that went no where.

tenth.....last and not least when the group leaves any public area we must all do burn outs like those ricers we saw at HH and be cool like them, rev our engines just to show them whos the top dog, and who actually has more money to spend on a nicer car (me)

haha yea, I was like wtf to the Fed Ex guy, and had him stay there while I opened the boxes up to check for damages. The thing was very well-packed and padding was all around,
