Tenzo GF7?

What do you guys think of these? WheelNext got them with tires (nankang?), shipped, mounted balance, with lug nuts for $1899. 19x10 and 19x8. I first saw these on the back of Import Tuner and thought they were hot and pretty different, as if we need anymore SF challenges..hehe .I know Tenzo is more of the honda/acura scene where as everybody with G like their volks and ****. The price seem good, just like to see if anybody have bad experience with Tenzo rims or nankang tires, though i'd probably upgrade the tires. Let's hear some feedbacks. and please, don't get into that "we drive $30K+, don't buy anything less than $3K" comments, that's lame,

Yea, I'm thinking that or hyperblack, but i think hyperblack is too chrome-ish, and I want to avoid that. I want to avoid the black/polish combo, so i'm leaning to gunmetal rim.

looks pretty good, but I think you should be careful with Tenzo's. My friend's rsx has Tenzo's on them too, but after a year they had all sorts of dents, I guess from and disfigurement. But, he ended up getting another set of Tenzos :P

More details please. Dents on the surface? like scratches? or the rim being bent ?

the inner part of the rim, way he found out was that his car was having vibrations throughout, and he went to his shop to find that his 2 front wheels were dented beneath the tires.

Tenzo GF7

I like them so much I have set on order that should arrive any day now. I picked the HyperBlack, because the Graphite it too similar to the DG on my `04 G35x. I think the black looks good on the coupe, but not the sedan.

I've got Kuhmo Ecsta SPT 235/45/18 (exact fit) for the skins. I don't want speedometer or AWD issues from improper sized wheel combos.

The total package was $1548 from Vivid Racing (They ordered the tires from Tire Rack per my request).

Tenzo makes good quality wheels a good friend of mine had it on his Is300. Anyways when you place the order see if they can upgrade the tires for you.

I actually called today, $1,899 with Nankang NS1 or whatever. $2,199 with Toyo's T1R that most people get with their volks. Problem is the Graphite is backordered . They only have hyperblack (which is a shiny silver to me) and Black. More opinion welcome!!
