so im guessing that his rims were damaged, didnt fit, wrong size, or something.. Im so lost...but then again when am i not

I didn't read all the other posts but if you say she smelled like alcohol, this incident would've automatically been your fault. If you have a decent insurance I'm sure you have "uninsured motorist coverage". I got hit from the rear the guy didn't have insurace, my insurace paid w/o me paying a deductible. The insurance then sued the other guy and took him to court and F'ed up his credit with a court judgement. GO PROGRESSIVE!

Just now paying attention to your parts list Jesus, I didnt know you had a JL sub and amp in the car, or the short shifter. Does that shifter make a difference?

I think he got the rouge shifter after he saw it in my car, i might be wrong. I like the shifter alot. It's a lil more pressure to get out of the gate, but you quickly get use to it. I think the throw is noticably shorter and i feel more direct, you get the "click click" feel/sound when you get in and out of the gate. Install is fairly simple except for the rubber boot cover.
