The NBA Playoffs Thread
Nash soooo got fouled, but ohh well, Kobe got bumped by Diaw on his way up during the runner to end regulation. Kobe is amazing. forced OT and hit the game winner.

replay shows that steal was not a foul...kobe.. GREATEST CLUTCH!
Since MVP is based on regular season, please don't provide any mention of playoff performance when justifying who is the MVP.
Kobe DID NOT make his teammates better during the regular season. Of all things, he posted career numbers at the expense of his teammates. Correct me if I am wrong, the Lakers were the leaders in losses when the game is decided by 3 points or less. His performance in the first round of the playoffs is a different story. Nash on the other hand exceeded his previous career stats, with less talent (no amare, no Richardson, no Jjohnson), AND made new teammates with less talent have great years.
The only arguement against Nash is its just not right based on history of the NBA. Stockton, Kidd, Payton all had years better than Nash and neither got the recognition Nash received the past 2 years.
