I got some new Sevas wheels coming in later this week. I need to go get tires for them. Whats the best place to go in Montgomery County possibily. And also would I need any spacers or anything with the S- Stars? 19x8.5 and 19x9.5?

Are you looking to get tires mounted at the same place you purchase them from? I'm in the same situation as you and from what I can tell, some places will still take 1-2 weeks to order your tires especially in the 19" size. You also have to make sure they're able to mount 19" tires. You'll be amazed to how limited certain shops are in mounting 19" tires. Btw, Montgomery county isn't that small. You should state a city.

I have always used discount tire direct for my tires purchase. I like their road hazard replacement thing you can buy rather cheap and no hassle. Pricewise I always find them to be competitive.

Make sure they can properly hold the rim too, don't want to get your new stuff scuffed up or anything. If possible I'd ask to see their equipment.

 

Yea I'm looking to get them mounted also. I'm in the Burtonsville area so whats closer is better

3. Tirerack maintains a list of preferred installers on their site. Pick one with the location, prices, and equipment that you like and you can have the tires shipped there.

I went with Craven Tires. They were a bit more pricier than others, but they had top notch service, Hunter Road Force balancing/mounting machines (Don't need road force balancing with new tires/wheels), and nitrogen instead of air.

Tirerack doesn't have that many choices for 245/35 and 275/35... outta those on the site which one do yall suggest?

 

275/35 is a hard tire to get. JB just was quoted about 300 per tire.Not many people make that they usually come in a 30.

 

Would u suggest 275/30? Cause people in the wheel/tire section told me to go with 245/35 and 275/35

Bought 4 Pirelli PZero Nero M+S there last fall. Priced only a little more than what TireRack charges. They do a lot of business in this area. I was very happy with them.

 

Depends on the size of the rims/tires as well. Some places can do a good job but are limited to the size of the rim/tire due to the equipment they have. I have found it difficult to locate a shop that does 19"+ at a reasonable price. Unfortunately I have to head 25 miles out to Frederick to have it done and will post my results.

You tend to see better deals on 20" than 19". Guess the volume is just too low.
