Took my car at first to Nationwide Infiniti and they're all @ssholes. The service ppl were very rude. Then I took my car to JBA and they were jerks too. Mocked me for being an FA member and then didn't know what the grease streak TSB was...I had to get the # for him. Then I met Chris and he introduced me to Jeff and Jeff has been the man ever since. I give him a call a few weeks ahead and set up the appointment. I drop off my car, get a loaner, and come back in a week. Simple, easy.

 

I've had decent experience with IoC, I used to take my '04 there. The NGC gets discounts on oil changes, I'm not sure about other maintaince.
Of course since I got my '06 there I've got free service through 30kmiles
