uh......are you retarded? on their site, it clearly states just the wheels are $1700. How can the tires possibly be free? do you even know how costly it is for just tires in 20inch sizes?

They do not look like pepboys wheels, go to pep boys and find me a set of wheels that look like this with a 4.25inch lip in the rear. I will buy 10sets.
