Im trying to see both sides here but its just dumb for a man wanting to be a "hooters girl" If were my thing, then I would go there to be served by hopefully a nice looking woman, not a man in tight oarnge shorts. Well the resturants I know of in that vicinity (on rockville pike) are coplands, bd's , benihanas, cheese cake factory, huston's, ruby tuesday's, friday's, Muy Thai, tipianos(i think that's how u spell it), P.F. Changs, D&B, OTB right next to coplands, Fuddruckers in the back of coplands, and itailain joint across the street from coplands. Somebody PLEASE make a choice

There is champs / PF Changs / Uno's / Cheesecake Factory up at the Columbia Mall.... more or less next to 29...

Right on, I think rockville has a lot of outdoor patio places. If it's not too far for the VA folks, I'd vote rockville/bethesda for a change of scenary

How about Cafe Asia, Rossolyn VA? its a pretty hip place.. patrons are mostly honkeys http://www.cafeasia.com/ and its got a nice out door patio
