indeed, howard county is blowing if not already blown up. My neighborhood is a new one so nothing has changed. We still got all these rich "stay-at-home" peeps with nothing better to do than come up with insane neighborhood rules. Bunch of ****'s, you can't do or have anything in the neighborhood.

yeah man...they dont let us slaughter domestic pets in the backyard either.

 

Funny you mentioned that. My brother told me one of our neighbor actually shot a deer in their backyard. I guess they were going to eat it but decided not to. So they left the cacause(sp?) on the curb where trash would be picked up. I think somebody called the cops on them..ahaha. If you are wondering, yes, they were asian .ahaha
