Dang, was anybody here around when we went to MIR but had the track to ourselves? OMG that was sweet! One of the guys in the old club was like the event coordinator for MIR. We just walked in, there were 5 or 6 Gs (Chuck was there) and a couple Zs. I must've gotten in like 13 or 14 runs.

that Ive been working on for almost 3 months (shh its a secret). That was a couple years ago wasnt it? Back when you were prez or whatever and we were supported/sponsored/whatever it was by Passport Infiniti. Matter of fact it was a guy there that introduced me to the club whenever I started taking my car to them.
But Oh hell yea!! That day was definately sweet. My first time taking the G to the track. I still have my time slips around here somewhere. I think I got in about the same amount of runs as you. Definately loved that we had the whole track to ourselves and we never really did have to wait in line to make a run.
The event coordinator guy had a red coupe didnt he? I wonder what happened to him? I think he even did a few runs with us that day to didnt he
EDIT: hah I found my slips. My best slip for the day:
R/T ... .322
60' ... 2.442
330 ... 6.471
1/8 ... 9.758
MPH ... 74.87
1000... 12.560
1/4 ... 14.915
MPH ... 93.02
Thats a stock coupe. Unfortunately a lot of times I kept forgetting to turn of the VDC so I got 1/4 times as bad as 16.5 but I was averaging mid to low 15s.

Never been to the track before and keep hearing about these test & tune. How does that exactly work? I read and figured out the "no time" deal, but what about the regular test and tune? Can somebody give me the lowdown on it? I got work sat. but I might just take off and go with you guys.
