In glen burnie evryone had a mustang.And everyone had the same work.Most could be easily beaten Now.Back then they where the beast .I have taken out a few .If you ever see one with the beefed up rear jackpot move on.I have taken out a few.I don't race often tough scared of po po .

I looked up some info on the new GT, kinda surprised I caught up to him and pulled in 3rd gear @ 85'ish. They run 13.6 second 1/4 miles.. he must have really not been able to drive :P

yeah, those are fast, 315lb-ft of torque to our 260, and on top of that they have much higher displacement, so they might have better top end. but still, driver makes tons of difference. They cant turn worth Sh*t though, terrible suspension system.

The GT's have a live axle. It is a one piece rear axle that goes all the way accross, does not have an independent rear suspension. It is there for launches only. That type of axle is great to handle all that torque it has thus giving it a great launch and good 1/4 times. They do run a .89 on the lateral skidpad which isnt too bad at all for a GT. They are much improved, but need alot to keep up with G's and Z's on twistys, especially modded ones. should be a close race, drivers mostly, but a bit more edge towards the mustang b/c of displacement

hey papa, how'd you gut your stock cats?? i have heard they give great gains once gutted. IN addition do you have personalized plates 'PapazG'?? I swear I saw a BS G coupe a few days ago w/ those tags....

with just NA mods the G should beat the GT around the track pretty easily i think...
