^^ maybe for 399,999. Really though if you want good prices you gotta go farther out and that is if you dont mind the drive.

thats just the thing. I do mind the drive. I dont mind distance driving, but what I do mind is traffic driving. If it should normally take me 45 min to get to work and its takeing over an hour and a half due to traffic, I just dont want to deal with that.

I feel ya. Gotta have a commute against traffic.
I come from near Tysons to Herndon, takes 20-25min. If I had to go in the other direction it probably take twice that.

you could always get a place along the metro. there's a few places in my building that baback also lives in...but they might be a bit steep. it's right across the street from the dunn loring metro. that, and there's about 5 G's that park in the garage.
