Angry Bad News!!!

One my way to the work today, on 95 I ran over a big white stone they use for land scaping. I went air bourne and went into a drift. I was able to save her, IOC just called me back with the damage. Over 3,000 in parts and I need a new exhaust system. Maybe my insurance can cut me a check for a performance one. Hopefully I'll have her back before the skyline ride. She's in bad shape.

I think it was a white stone/Boulder off a landscaping truck. What I tried to do is run right over it thinking the object would clear. Then I hear a big booooom and I was in the air. When I landed I was at a angle which caused the drift. VDC never kicked in! I took a pic of the damage on the camera phone maybe someone can upload it. It might be better if I send it via verizon phone. Mobile to Mobile (IN).

Man that sucks! Glad to hear your okay. It's unreal what ends up on the highways that thing could have killed someone! I ruined a brand new set of tires from roofing nails that were dropped all over an on ramp just a couple of weeks ago. Good luck!

Sorry to hear man. Your ride was well kept. What damage was done besides the exhaust? I assume the wheel that hit the stone was totalled.

No the wheels are fine, I hit in dead center. So imagine everything in the middle needs to be replaced. Oil pan, lost a lot of oil, something effected the steering/suspension, front Aero kit, some how the rear mud guard came off, engine cover is gone.

Once I get a list I'll let everyone know. Does anyone know how much the full stock exhaust cost factory? I might want to opt out for after market.
